Duties & Taxes
Any VAT, customs duty, or local taxes are to be paid by the customer at delivery, as per local regulations

Tracking details are shared via email once the order is shipped (may take up to 24 hours to activate)
Address Guidelines
We do not ship to P.O. Box or Drop Box addresses
Address changes are allowed within 24 hours of placing the order
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
No returns or exchanges on customised or made-to-order products
Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Items
Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery
Share details and images via email before returning any item
Products must be returned unused, in original packaging, with invoice
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer
Refunds
Issued only in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect products
No refunds for colour or size selected correctly at the time of order
Refunds are processed within 4 business days after approval
Partial Refunds
If an item is unavailable, you may choose a replacement, store credit, or refund for that item (at our discretion)
